Atomisation under nitrogen or argon – depending on alloy and requirement, in small to medium-sized batches to your specification.

Materials

Our metal powders are produced by atomising special alloys on a cobalt, nickel and iron base. Atomisation takes place under nitrogen or argon in our own plant in Willich near Düsseldorf – in small to medium-sized batches to customer specification.

Alloy and particle size are agreed with you. Our speciality is fine powder below 10 µm. At the same site we also manufacture welding rods, continuous castings and chill castings in special alloys.
