What we offer
We manufacture welding consumables and bar stock in special alloys by continuous casting – from prototype to medium-sized batches, in your alloy and dimension.

Dimensions
Diameters from 10 mm down to 0.15 mm. Special dimensions and intermediate sizes are available on request.
Batches to specification
Small and medium-sized batches to your specification – from a single sample to repeat production in consistent quality.
Materials
Our welding rods and continuously cast products are made from special alloys on a cobalt and nickel base. Alloy, diameter and quantity are defined together with you – to your specification and for your application.
Production takes place in our own facility in Willich near Düsseldorf, in small to medium-sized batches. At the same site we also produce chill castings and investment castings and atomise metal powder. On request we develop custom special alloys for your project.
